ORDERING
Payment Methods
You can order from T-Shirt Hell with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), or with a T-Shirt Hell Gift Certificate. Sorry, we do not accept PayPal, money orders or personal checks. Charges will be made in US Dollars. If you are making a purchase from another country, you'll be paying whatever the current exchange rate is for your currency and may incur additional charges.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Once we send our order to the printshop, changes can no longer be made. We generally place a 2 hour hold on orders, so if you need to make a change, please email us within 2 hours with your order number, name, email address on the order and what you'd like to change, and we should be able to do that for you. If it's too late to make the change, you may still return the product after you receive it, provided it is unworn and in resellable condition and within 45 days of purchase. Where is my confirmation email?
If you haven't received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail. Sometimes our email will be incorrectly placed there. If it's not there, please contact us to inquire.
Wholesale orders
We currently do not take wholesale orders.
Gift Certificates
Having trouble deciding what to pick out for a gift? Get them a gift certificate instead!
If you purchased a gift certificate on our old website that you never used, please contact us with the gift certificate number and we'll provide you with an updated one that will work on this site.
Do you have a coupon code?
You can get a coupon code by signing up to our New Shirt Notification at the bottom of every page. Additionally, if you sign up to be a member, you'll also be eligible for member discounts and contests. These are two separate mailing lists
SHIPPING
Shipping methods and costs
Depending on your location, we use different shipping methods. Somtimes USPS, UPS or DHL. We do not offer any kind of express shipping, but offer a standard (2-5 days after shipping) and sometimes an econnomy (4-8 days after shipping). Once you enter your address, you'll be presented with the available shipping methods and the cost.
Do you ship internationally? What about import taxes?
All the countries we ship to are listed in the country dropdown when checking out. If you're on our main site, your order will ship most likely from the USA. If you're outside of the USA, you will most likely get cheaper shipping costs and shorter shipping times if you purchase through one of our international websites. See the footer for more info. Additionally, no matter where you order from, you may be responsible for import or VAT taxes to be paid later. We can not control these fees and they are not covered with your postage fees from us.
Order tracking
Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes, shipping internationally does not provide door-to-door tracking.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all APO/FPO/military addresses. Be sure to enter USA as the country, even if you are stationed outside of mainland USA.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return Policy
Even though everything is printed custom order for you, we still will accept returns of anything that is unworn, unwashed, undamanged and is in resellable condition, less shipping charges, within 45 days of purchase. Refunds are made through the original payment method, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return. To initiate a return, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund, and make your purchase separately.
Defective shirt or incorrect shirt received
If there is a problem with your order, such as a defect in the print or cloth, or you received the incorrect shirt, style, color or size, please reach out to us and we'll get it straighted out. Depending on the issue, you may not even need to return it to us. If we do ask for you to return it, we would pay your shipping costs.
